800 Series High Speed RFID Applicator

As RFID tagging demands grow, manufacturers need to upgrade to automated tagging systems. The 800 Series RFID Applicator is built for high productivity tagging, whether in the distribution center or directly on the production line. An optional RFID encoder ensures compliance with Gen 2 and the latest RFID protocols.

High Throughput. The 800 Series can reliably tag cases at speeds in excess of 100 cases per minute, depending on the application.

Minimize Rework. With a patented system for rejecting bad tages, combined with its high throughput, the 800 Series avoids applying bad tags, and in many applications can have tag rejects without missing a case.

On-pitch Tagging. In its tamp applicator configuration, the 800 Series can apply on-pitch tags, like the Alien "Squiggle" and Avery Dennison "Strip" without conversion -- allowing flexibility in tag placement and potentially lowering tags costs.
